The chairmanship of the Administrative Public Prosecution Service was headed by the former Secretary General of the governorate, who was referred to the Public Prosecution Service in another case a few weeks ago.

The referral decision involved many officials from the Ministry of Finance and the governorate, including the former financial controller in the governorate, while the prosecutor maintained the violations against the director of the Sohag governor’s office. The reason for this is that the offenses alleged against him are not true, and therefore he is not involved in the referral to the lawsuit. Because these facts are not true.

The Public Prosecutor of Sohag Second Police Department is conducting his investigation together with the Secretary General of Sohag Governorate in Sohag Second Police Department Case No. 3760 of 2023, in which he is accused of managing public funds.
